SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We endeavour to ship you your items as quickly and efficiently as possible, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch of you items.

SHIPPING DELAYS: All deliveries are taking longer than usual to process once dispatched to Australia Post. Please allow up 7-14 days in addition to normal delivery time frames. Please note, our dispatch time frame has not changed and our team are working hard to have your orders on their way. Australia Post delays are outside our control. You can also keep up-to-date with Australia Post’s alerts here.

Please note, Australia Post have also currently suspended their next-business-day guarantee. Although Express Post still remains their fastest delivery option, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions next-business-day delivery will not be guaranteed until domestic flights return back to normal.

COVID-19 MEASURES: As part of our COVID Safe plan, all orders are packed with the utmost attention to hygiene and safety. Our staff work in a socially distanced environment wearing triple layer face masks, and are sanitising their hands on a regular basis to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. 


SHIPPING

At this stage we offer shipping within Australia only. We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO boxes. Please see below for a full list of shipping options and chargers. Remember, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $100! (Unless stated otherwise or if there is a shipping promotion).

Please be aware of the following shipping details:

  • Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.

  • Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.

  • You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.

  • All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.

Orders will be delivered between 8AM–6PM Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address, alternatively your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Details about the post office location will be on the card left by the courier.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
